What is the minimum fee due for a new virtual domain
or sub-domain account?
The
same initial amount is due for both virtual domain and
sub-domain accounts. There is a one-time setup fee of
$25.00 plus your first month of hosting depending on
your hosting option. This fee will cover your setup
and first month of hosting service and includes all
of the features we offer--there are absolutely no additional
fees! Keep in mind that virtual domain accounts will
also be billed $70 by the InterNIC for their virtual
domain name but sub-domain names are free of charge.

02) What
is the minimum time commitment for new accounts?
M minimum commitment for our hosting services is one
year. Setup fees are non-refundable and are not part
of our 30-day money back guarantee.

High Traffic accept for payment?
High Traffic accepts Visa and MasterCard as payment
for services.

04) Does High Traffic accept
personal or commercial checks, money orders, and certified
checks for payment?
No, we are unable to accept payment via personal or
commercial check. It is our expereince that many orgnaizations
and individuals now prefer to pay with a credit card
as it is the easiest method of payment. Many banks now
offer to customers the ability to have debit cards,
which act just like credit cards but the funds are immediately
drawn out of your checking account. High Traffic does
accept debit cards and well as credit cards, but we
do not accept checks for payment of services.

05) How long does it take to
set-up my account if I pay by credit card?
Orders submitted before 9:00p.m. which include payment
information (credit card orders) will be processed the
same day in just a few hours at most! High Traffic guarantees
your account will be setup within 6 hours. Once your
account is set up an activation notice will be sent
to you via e-mail including a login, password, and FTP
hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new
web site immediately thereafter. Domain account users
will be given a temporary URL (Sub-directory URL) to
access their site via the web prior to the completion
of either domain propagation or transfer.

06) Does High Traffic provide
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure my information is
kept confidential and inaccessible by any third parties?
High Traffic accepts orders online via our Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL). This protocol is 128-bit PNP encryption
that ensures your information will not be seen by third
parties and is just as secure as your local ATM machine.
Our SSL Certificate is provided by Thawte Consulting
which is a reputable security firm whose digital certificates
are recognized by Netsape Navigatior and Microsoft Internet
Explorer.

07) I want to place an order,
but not via the Internet. Do you provide other ways
to submit my order besides your on-line form?
For best results and quickest response time, we only
accept orders via our secure order page. Your data you
send will be strongly encrypted and will reach us directly
with your payment details sent directly for merchant
processing and AVS (Address Verification System) checking
to ensure validity and protect you from fraud.

08) What do I do if I wish
to cancel my hosting service with High Traffic?
If you wish to cancel your hosting and other services
with High Traffic, just contact us through our contact
page and indicate that you do not wish to continue with
us. If you have any complaints about our service, please
let us know too along with your termination request.
If possible, please state the reason you are leaving
us, we will not try to convince you to stay, rather
this information is valuable to us in improving the
quality of our services.
