Types of Information Collected
- Traffic
Data Collected.
We automatically track and collect the following information
when you visit our Site, including your: (i) IP address;
(ii) host name; (iii) computer operating system; (iv)
requested page; (v) referring URL; (vi) time of visit;
and (vii) type of web browser (collectively “Traffic
Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information

HighTraffic.com uses the Personal Information it gathers

in our sole discretion, to send bulletins and other

we will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep
your Personal Information private but it will be necessary

you and HighTraffic.com.

not accessible by third parties and a minimal number
of our employees have access to your Personal Information.

and confirms the identity of the HighTraffic.com server

Limitation

By accessing the Site, you agree to personal jurisdiction
by the state and federal courts sitting in the State
of Missouri, County of Jackson. The sole and exclusive
jurisdiction and venue for any and all disputes regarding
your use of the Site shall be the state or federal courts
located in the State of Missouri, County of Jackson.

Complaints
HighTraffic.com may, in appropriate circumstances and
at its sole discretion, terminate use of the Site by
any visitors who infringe on the intellectual property
